Terms and Conditions

1. Terms are net 30 days on approved and established credit. To open an account, please send credit references.

2. Shipping: Unless otherwise specified, shipment will be made the best and most efficient way to meet customer delivery requirements.

3. Material received may not be returned by purchaser except by agreement with Clartec prior to the return of any goods for credit. All returned goods are subject to a minimum restocking charge of 15%.

4. Drop shipments: No charge to distributor warehouse. $8.00 handling charge to distributor's customer.

5. Damaged or shorted shipments: Please notify Clartec within 5 days.
