Terms

1. Terms are net 30 days on approved and established credit. Credit card payments must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise approved. ACH payments welcome.
2. Prices are FOB factory - St. Louis, MO.
3. Shipping: Unless otherwise specified shipment will be made the best and most efficient way to meet customer delivery requirements.
4. Drop shipments: No charge to distributor warehouse. $8.00 handling charge to distributor’s customer.
5. Damaged or shorted shipments: Please notify Clartec within 5 days. Broken carton fee may apply.
6. Minimum order: $25.00
7. Material received may not be returned by purchaser except by agreement with Clartec prior to the return of any goods for credit. All returned goods are subject to a restocking charge.
